Brought my 2001 Lexus to him with a bad gas oder and check engine light. I have a code reader and it said I had a vacuum issue. Now this car is old and still runs great but I was worried this may be the last straw for this car. Glenn checked it out, gave me an estimate to replace a fuel sensor/ valve and all would be good. Picked up the car and after about 10 miles the check engine light came back on. 

Brought the car back to Glenn and he was very apologetic. He said he will find out what is wrong and fix it quickly. And yes he did find the issue and fixed it- NO CHARGE!! He further apologized for the error not fixing it on the original inspection. This was incredible as I would not expect this and offered to still pay for the service. Glenn refused and said they should have looked further and this was their fault. 

After picking up the car I am blown away how well this 17 year old car runs. It is running better than it has in more than 5 years as I am sure he fixed an issue that has been going on for some time now.
